You Will Always Be THE Queen. #RIP

From the moment Margaery Tyrell first appeared in Season 2 Episode 3 of Game of Thrones, I was certain that she would be my favorite character. During her first moments on the show, I could see the intelligence in her knowing eyes. During every scene, it was clear that Margaery had a knowledge of everything happening around her. She was thinking countless steps ahead.

In the game of thrones, Margaery Tyrell is the rare golden rose whose ambition was not clouded by emotion. Margaery was always scheming, plotting, and planning. Margaery represents the politics of The Game of Thrones. A true diplomat, she would cheat, trick and charm her way to positions of power. Given lemons, Margaery would effortlessly produce lemonade…and I mean Beyoncé level Lemonade.

Her passing denotes the end of an era: the transition from an intricate chessboard of well thought out moves to a mythical shit show of dragons, zombies, and magic. Margaery was everything good in the world of Game of Thrones and she is simply the best character that Thrones will ever have. Rest in peace.
